Support Options

Telephone support will be provided free of charge to all new users for the first 12 months, this includes unlimited telephone support and upgrades to any active products.

Information:
After the first year you will be invited to renew a maintenance contract for the following 12 months. If you renew your contract then you can continue to use the telephone support number and upgrade any active products. If you wish to terminate the contract then you will be issued with an unsupported license key, your products will continue to run but It will not be possible to upgrade or obtain telephone support.
